Words: A mild citrus note from Gin, strawberry, and rhubarb works as a light bridge to a more intensely blends of sweetness and sour of a shrub to cheer your palate but not stickily sugary. Later joined with the herbal bitterness that comes in to swirl it out and freshen up for another sip that’s not too boozy nor too dessert-like.
